etrainu operates on NBN and 3G and above wireless connection. Like any web based experience load times may vary dependent on your internet speed.
These are the browsers and versions we recommend:
- Google Chrome – has Adobe Flash built in and updates automatically
Note: If you have any issues with your courses please ensure you have cookies and flash enabled.
We also suggest to clear your browser history/cache if your course fails to load. Once you clear the history/cache it is best to restart your computer to ensure your browser reloads.
Here are the steps to clear cache and cookies using Google Chrome:
- Launch the Google Chrome browser on your computer.
- Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser window to open the Chrome menu. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
- In the Settings menu, scroll down and click on "Privacy and security" in the left sidebar.
- Under the Privacy and security section, click on "Clear browsing data."
- A new window will appear. At the top, you can select the time range for which you want to clear data. Options range from "Last hour" to "All time." Choose the desired time range.
- Ensure the checkboxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected. You can also select other types of data to clear, but these two are essential for clearing cookies and cache.
- Click on the "Clear data" button to delete the selected data.
- Close and reopen Chrome to apply changes.
