If you have any issues with your course/s please review the troubleshooting tips below:
- Ensure you have cookies and flash enabled and review your security settings.
- Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection. We suggest to be connected to wifi as mobile reception (3G, 4G, 5G) is not stable and some courses stream videos online.
- Use the Google Chrome browser. We advise to not complete your course/s on the Microsoft Edge/Explorer browser due to compatibility issues.
- Clear your browser history/cache.
- Open your browser in incognito/private mode.
- Try another device. If you're completing assessments for a LMS Built Course we suggest to use a laptop.
