If you have any issues with your course/s please review the troubleshooting tips below:
- Ensure you have cookies and flash enabled and review your security settings.
- Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection. We suggest to be connected to wifi as mobile reception (3G, 4G, 5G) is not stable and some courses stream videos online.
- The four major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) are supported by the etrainu Learning Management System. Our primary recommendation when viewing your training course is to use Google Chrome, as this browser is compatible across a larger variety of course files. If you experience compatibilities issues with a training course, please use the Google Chrome browser to complete your training.
- Clear your browser history/cache.

- Chrome: Click the three-dot menu > More tools > Clear browsing data. Choose the time range and check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," then click 'Clear data.'
- Firefox: Click the menu button > Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data. Select "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content," then click 'Clear.'
- Safari: Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
- Edge: Click the three-dot menu > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear under "Clear browsing data." Pick your time range and select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," then click 'Clear now.'5. Open your browser in incognito/private mode.

6. Try another device. If you're completing assessments for a LMS Built Course we suggest to use a laptop.
