If you organisation has a business license to the Workforce Essentials Suite please contact your training coordinator as they can reset your username and password and email these details to you.
If you created your account via the NDS Marketplace please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your tax invoice and log in details once you have created an account and purchased a course.
Please also check your junk mail and spam folders as the emails may have gone into there.
If you still have not received your email/s please Submit a Request and our customer support team will assist you.
