To give someone access to the etrainu LMS, you must create them a participant account. This gives the participant full access to complete training available to them within the etrainu LMS.
To create an account:
1. Click on “Participants”, followed by “Add a New Participant”.
2. Fill in the Manage Participants screen to create a participant account.
Note: you will need to enter at minimum all mandatory information marked with an asterix *.
Username: We suggest keeping this unique to your organisation.
Password: When creating the password it must be between 8 and 50 characters and
contain at least 3 of the following: English upper case; English lower case; Numeric characters (0 through 9); Non-alphabetic printable characters
The "Department” and “Sub-Organisation”, is for where the account is to sit.
Enter the participant's "First Name" and "Last Name" (this will be the information given on their certificates as well).
Email: Please keep this unique to each participant. Any emails sent from the etrainu LMS will be sent to this email address. This includes the account creation details.
