I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below.

1. Click here and click on Forgot Password.
   
   
2. You will be presented with a prompt to enter your username or email address. This is the email address you have linked with your account.
   
   
3. Once you have entered your username or email address and clicked send, a password reset link will be sent to your email address. 
   
   Note: The reset link is only valid for eight (8) hours.Please note: If you have more than one account in the same organisation the reset email will list all of your usernames.
   
   
4. In the email click on ‘Reset Password’.
   
   
5. Follow screen prompts to reset your password.

When creating a new password it must be between 8 and 50 characters and you has at least one capital, symbol and number (e.g Account!2)

Note: Remember to ensure all fields with a asterix ( * ) are completed before saving

Still can't sign into your account after changing your password?

If you still cannot sign into your account your organisation may have an integration (known as a SSO - Single Sign On) with the etrainu LMS. If so, you will need to log into your member's portal and click onto elearning or online training within their portal.

Alternatively, you may need to contact your training coordinator at your organisation for assistance.
