If you have any issues with your course/s (i.e freezes or you can't continue on) please ensure you have cookies and flash enabled.
We also suggest to clear your browser history/cache if your course fails to load. Once you clear the history/cache it is best to restart your computer to ensure your browser reloads. Also, open your browser in incognito/private mode so the browser doesn't try to cache your history of the course.
Please be advised some courses are quite large and have videos that stream online so you will require a strong internet connection.
If you are also using a tablet or mobile phone using a 3g/4g mobile reception you will also experience the above issues. We suggest to use a device that can be connected to wifi such as a laptop.
We also advise to not complete your course/s on the Microsoft Edge browser due to compatibility issues.
If the course still does not load please email email@example.com with the device and browser you are using along with the course name. If you can provide any screenshots of the errors and/or the completion slide this will also assist our team to look into the issue.
