You have the ability to update your system hierarchy at any time. To do this, you must be signed in you administrator account.
Managing Departments
1. Click on “Administration”, then select “Manage Departments”.
2. Click on “Add a New Department”.
3. Enter in the department name and click “Save”.
Note: We recommend that you do not put an expiry date on the department as this will lock out any users within that department on the date of expiry.
Once the department has been created, you must create the sub-organisation/s to sit within it.
To do this, follow the instructions outlined below.
Editing a Department
To edit a department click the "Edit" button and make you edits before click "Save".
Archiving a Department
To archive a department click the "Archive" button
Note: Ensure you move your user/participant's before archiving as they will no longer have access to the etrainu LMS.
Managing Sub-Organisations
1. In the same “Manage Departments” screen, locate the department you wish to create a sub-organisation for and click on “Manage” under the “Manage Sub-Organisations” column.
2. Click on “Add a New Sub-Organisation”.
3. Enter in the sub-organisation name and click “Save”.
