The Status tab provides an overview of the Participants that are complete or incomplete for the courses covered in the event and provides a button to enable an event to be marked as complete. It will also provide an option to upload documents for an event if extra documents are required for record keeping purposes.
Once all assessment activities have been completed for an event, go to the top right of the page, click on the three dots to get a drop-down menu and click on the ‘Mark Complete’ button as shown in the image below. This will put the event in a read-only state and will then push data to the LMS.
The event compliance report will allow assess app users to download a report that contains all activity related to an event (including registering attendance, assessment history and event configuration update activity).
Note: Please ensure that you have marked all assessment items in the Assess tab.
The Status Tab is the final check before closing the event.
Tip: If all of your users are in the incomplete section go back to the assess tab and see if there is a ! Triangle. If so, review this article to resolve this.
Note: The course will not show complete in the participant’s account if they have not yet completed the online modules/inductions. Once they have completed these they will receive their certification within 24 hours.
If there are any issues with your event please do not close the event as our team cannot assist you or make any changes.
