How to cancel membership subscription

To cancel subscription  follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account and click on ‘Manage Subscription’.

2. In the 'Manage Subscription' window, find your ‘current subscription’ and click on 'Manage' next to it. 

3. A new window will appear, displaying your subscription details. Click on the box showing your subscription. 

4. Then click on 'Cancel Subscription'.

5. A confirmation window will appear, displaying the cancellation date and a field to enter your reason for canceling. Click on 'Confirm cancellation'.

6. After confirming the cancellation, a new window will appear, displaying the scheduled date of cancellation. Additionally, there will be an option to 'Remove scheduled cancellation' if you decide to revert the cancellation.
