If a user has not received a completion this could be for a few reasons.
1. The user has been progressed for the practical (Assess App) modules in the system.
The user will need to be added into an event, assessed and the assessor will need to mark the event complete. If you're unsure of this you can search for the user in the Assess App or obtain an event enrolment report from your administrator account.
2. The user may not have completed all online modules before being assessed via the Assess App.
If they complete the modules after then the system will update the course status over night.
3. The assessor may not have marked the event complete.
4. The assessor may have missed marking the assessment items in the event.
