LMS Features

The old ‘Training Status Report’ is now renamed ‘Training Status Report (Legacy)’ under the menu. Administrators will still have access to the Legacy Report for now; however, this will be phased out in early 2024.
The document library has a new feature that allows administrators to block access to documents if a learner hasn’t completed a course.
Administrators can now configure the terms and conditions page on their LMS to reference their own terms and conditions.

Assess App Features

When creating an event through the assess app, under the advanced options, there is now an option to enable enrolment questions.

Enhanced the payment experience by migrating our course purchase experience to our new dedicated payments platform
Migrated to a new payment provider and improved the payment flow for learners and administrators
Revamped the invoices with a new style and feel
Course Purchase Report will now support the updated payment flow
Custom LMS administrators can now create coupon codes and use these to purchase training for users in bulk

Update to the Training Event Summary Report to allow admins to report on waitlisted members and events in the pending state (for organisations with approval flow only).
Unsheathed CSV download link into separate links for all the other report types for scheduled Training Status Reports.
Training expiry improvements
Course Expiry changes (pre-completion expiry):
The LMS has been updated to expire course records after midnight of the day it is configured to expire.
For example, when “Days before training expires” is set to 1 day for Course A and a learner enrols in Course A on the 14th of the month, the learner has until midnight the following day to complete the course.
Course records that have expired pre-completion will be seen in the Expired status section on the learner’s My Training page, with a status of “Expired”.
Accreditation Expiry changes (post-completion expiry):
No changes since last release.
LMS System Administrators can configure the accreditation expiry date for a course using the “Days before expiry” or “Exact Expiry Date” fields on the course setup page.
Course records that have expired post-completion will be seen in the Expired status section on the learner’s My Training page, with a status of “Complete”.

Assess App Features

Bringing Waitlist to the events for participants to enrol in a full capacity event, along with some updates to the reporting.
Updates to the navigation of event creation flow, users will still be directed to the Events Management page, but some additional buttons are added to the toast messages.

Assess App Features

Status and Assess tab now allows administrators to quickly update user assessments
"Mark as Complete" option marks learners as complete for all unmarked assessment modules
"Reset Assessment Modules" option unmarks completed assessment modules available for that event

Administrators can resend enrollment emails to learners from the event page
Ability to specify a different email address for sending the enrollment email if needed

Assessors can view specific sessions assigned to them when receiving an assignment email
Improved event auto-naming by supporting different auto-naming rules based on the assigned course
Enhanced ad-hoc emails by separating the email sent to the event contact and clear identification of copied emails and recipients
Updated default filters for Sub-organisation admins based on feedback
