The old ‘Training Status Report’ is now renamed ‘Training Status Report (Legacy)’ under the menu. Administrators will still have access to the Legacy Report for now; however, this will be phased out in early 2024.

The document library has a new feature that allows administrators to block access to documents if a learner hasn’t completed a course.

Administrators can now configure the terms and conditions page on their LMS to reference their own terms and conditions.

Training expiry improvements

Course Expiry changes (pre-completion expiry):
-
The LMS has been updated to expire course records after midnight of the day it is configured to expire.
-
For example, when “Days before training expires” is set to 1 day for Course A and a learner enrols in Course A on the 14th of the month, the learner has until midnight the following day to complete the course.

Course records that have expired pre-completion will be seen in the Expired status section on the learner’s My Training page, with a status of “Expired”.

Accreditation Expiry changes (post-completion expiry):

No changes since last release.

LMS System Administrators can configure the accreditation expiry date for a course using the “Days before expiry” or “Exact Expiry Date” fields on the course setup page.
