Overview
Dashboards provide admins with a high-level overview of platform activity. There are three dashboards Platform, Learner, and Course, each offering a tailored set of insights. Within each dashboard, cards present key statistics related to learners, courses, modules and assessments.
Platform Dashboard: A high-level organisational snapshot to quickly understand overall performance and trends.
Learner Dashboard: Detailed insight into learner activity, engagement, and progress.
Course Dashboard: Clarity on which courses are performing, how frequently they’re used, and where learners may be dropping off.

Navigating to Dashboards
All the dashboards can be accessed via the Reports tab in the top navigation. From there, select the dashboard you want to view.

Filtering on Dashboards
Organisational Filters
All dashboards provide filters to select the organisation, department and sub-organisations, depending on the administration level of the user.
System Administrators will be able to choose an Organisation, along with filtering on multiple departments or sub-organisations, to populate the dashboard data.
Organisation Administrators have access to filter on multiple departments or sub-organisations, and Department Administrators can filter on their department or sub-organisations related to their department. Sub-Organisation Administrators will only be able to view dashboard data related to their sub-organisation.
Date Filters
The Learner Dashboard and Course Dashboards provide the ability to filter on specific windows of time. By default, the dashboard is filtered to the last 30 days, with the ability to select a Date Range or a custom date range.
The Platform Dashboard is designed to give a current status and does not require a date filter to be applied. Analytic cards on the Platform Dashboard display information as an all-time count, or the last 30-day period.
