This article explores the cards on the Platform Dashboard. The Platform Dashboard provides a high-level organisational snapshot to quickly understand overall performance and trends.

Total Courses in Progress
Calculated by counting the total number of courses that are in the status of “In Progress” at the time the dashboard is loaded.
Courses Completed
Calculated by counting the total number of courses that have a Date Completed in the last 30 days at the time the dashboard is loaded.
Incomplete Courses Expiring
Calculated by counting the total number of courses that are in the status of “In Progress” and have an Incomplete Expiry Date within the next 30 days.
Completed Courses Expiring
Calculated by counting the total number of courses that are in the status of “Complete” and have a Completed Expiry Date within the next 30 days.
Course Completion Trends
Calculated by counting the total number of courses with the Date Training Assigned and Course Completion Date for each month.
Course Performance Leaderboard
Calculated by counting the total number of enrolments and completions for each course, then comparing the enrolments and completions to provide the Completion Rate.
Total Learners
Calculated by counting the total number of learners, excluding learners who are currently archived.
Learners Logged in this Month
Calculated by counting the total number of learners with a login date within the current calendar month, including learners who are currently archived.
Learners Logged in this Week
Calculated by counting the total number of learners with a login date within the current week, including learners who are currently archived.
Learner Engagement Trends
Calculated by counting the total number of learners in the LMS and comparing the total number of logins for each month over the last 12 months, excluding users who are currently archived.
