Courses Enrolled

Calculated by counting the total number of enrolments within the Start Date and End Date filters applied to the Dashboard. To validate this card, the Training Status Report can be used with the following filters:

• Training:

  • Filter by: Courses

  • Courses: All

  • Status: All

• Periods:

  • Training Assigned Date: Match to dashboard date filters

• Additional Options

  • Exclude Archived Users

  • Exclude Modules

Courses Completed

Calculated by counting the total number of completions from courses enrolled within the Start Date and End Date filters applied to the Dashboard. To validate this card, the Training Status Report can be used with the following filters:

Incomplete Courses Expired

Displays the number of incomplete courses that have expired during the filtered period.
